Thinking of doing a challenge or holding an event to fundraise for us, well first of all thank you x
We really appreciate all your efforts in helping us to help bereaved parents, families and professionals, and count ourselves very lucky to have people willing to help.
Please fill out the attached registration form, to let us know about you and your event, and if there is anything that you need from us.
Where to fundraise

For your own events
Peoples Fundraising
There are many online fundraising platforms that can be used to help you raise money, and it is totally up to you which one you choose. However we are already set up on the Peoples Fundraising website, where you can register and choose us as your cause.

Organised Events
Fancy a wee stroll
If you are into walking then why not do the Kiltwalk, in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee or Edinburgh. You can register and join in with the epic Mighty Stride at 23 miles, The Big Stroll at 14 miles or The Wee Wander at 3 miles and as a registered good cause it's easy to choose us!

Karl Heaney
Kiltwalk 2026
Karl along with his family/friends are talking on the Kiltwalk's Big Stroll this year in memory of Beth.
Karl says "We have supported the charity since the passing of our daughter 12 years ago"

Kirsty Macgregor
Ms Great Britian Ayrshire
Kirsty says "I have chosen Ayrshire Baby Loss Charity because of the invaluable work you do in supporting families through grief, raising awareness, and ensuring that no one has to face loss alone. Through my fundraising events, I hope not only to raise funds but also to help break the silence surrounding baby loss, encourage open conversations, and honour the babies who are gone but never forgotten."

Lynne Brittain
Kiltwalk 2026
Lynne will be participating in the Mighty Stride, Glasgow Kiltwalk in memory of her little boy, Alexander William Brittain, who she lost to miscarriage in her second trimester.
Lynne says "Walking has helped my emotions wellbeing at this time and has been something I can do with him in my thoughts and in my heart."

Menzies & Millers Kiltwalk
Kiltwalk 2026
May, along with her husband Richard and friends Natalie & Shaun Miller will be joining the Big Stroll at Glasgow's Kiltwalk this summer, in memory of their baby daughter Aria, who they sadly loss on 10th February 2023. May says "We had great support from Ayrshire baby loss and my husband attends the men’s bereavement groups.... We want to raise as much as we can to support other bereaved parents that’s going the through the same."

Kelly Bowie
Manchester Marathon
Kelly works as a senior charge midwife, and is keen to support the upkeep of the bereavement room at AMU.
Kelly says "I am running the Manchester marathon in April, this will be my first and last marathon it will be a massive achievement for me and I would like to raise money for you while doing this".

Debbie Fox
Mighty Stride Kilkwalk Sunday
Debbie is taking on the Mighty Stride at this year's Kiltwalk in memory of her daughter Erica Belle.
Debbie who is now one of our Committee Members says "The support I received from walking into the meeting room at Crosshouse, I cant put into wards. The support gave me a safe place where I could share my story without judgement, share my thoughts and experiences. ABLS allowed me to understand what I felt was normal and it was ok to feel the way I did. As part of my journey, I am wanting to raise money so we can continue to help support other families through their journey.

Daniel McCool
Big Stroll, Glasgow Kilkwalk
Daniel and his wife, Sheree are doing the Big Stroll at Glasgow's Kiltwalk to help raise money for ABLS and the memory boxes that we fund in Ayrshire.
Daniel says "By taking on the Kiltwalk, I hope to raise both funds and awareness for this vital local charity so they can continue supporting families across Ayrshire when they need it most."
These boxes are available to anyone who has loss their baby, at whatever stage, and are normally offer to parents before leaving the hospital. If you would like to know more about these boxes, or would like one yourself please visit our Seed Packs page to find out more.

Stephanie Liddell
3 Huge Challenges
Stephaine & her niece Jenna are taking on 3 huge challenges this year, The Kiltwalk Mighty Stride, climbing Goatfell, and the Glasgow half marathon. Wow!
Stephanie says "In 2007, I lost my twin boys, Lewis and Luke. Then in 2011, I lost my son Liam. Losing a child is something no parent ever expects to face, and it changes you forever. During the darkest times, Ayrshire Baby Loss were there to support us. They provided comfort, understanding and a place where we didn't feel alone."

Sandra O'neill
Sponsored walk & raffle
To mark the 21 years since Sandra's angel Aiden James O'Neill was born asleep on 7th March 2005, Sandra is walking 3km for 21 days.
Everyone who donates will also be entered in a raffle.

Team ICU Crosshouse
Mighty Stride Glasgow Kilkwalk
Intensive Care Unit in Crosshouse are taking part in the Kiltwalk 2026 to raise money to help support Ayrshire Baby Loss Support in memory of the beautiful Ella & Evie Stewart.

James McKie
Charity football match
On 27th September 2024 James & his partner sadly loss their baby girl Violet Amelia McKie. In her memory and to raise money for ABLS James is organising a football match at Knockentiber Public Park on 13th June 2026, 'Team Blue vs Team Pink' along with a raffle and auction.

Stephanie Leckie
Glasgow Kilkwalk
Stephanie and her partner Ryan, are taking part in the Kiltwalk to raise funds for ABLS.
Stephanie says "This is a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Having experienced baby loss ourselves, we know how important support during such a difficult time truly is. Ayrshire Baby Loss Support has been there for us, and we want to help ensure they can continue to be there for others who need it."
